Ck2 crashes on loading flags update#

I uninstalled and reinstalled.You can create new Kingdoms and Empires based on your current kingdom with same name and flag. It was working last night, but now after the update, it won't start up after the initial loading graphics.

I'm having the exact same issue after the new update has been installed. Even without anti-virus on, it seems that CK2 won't open thanks to this new update and Holy Fury. Here is a link to that post with all the details. Even though I had added CK2 to my antivirus exception list, I still had to start CK2 once with the antivirus turned off.ДЄfter it booted, then I was able to turn my anti-virus back on, and the game works normally now. I tried three different things earlier, but it seemed to be my antivirus software that was messing it up this time. Anybody else having this issue? Any fixes? Thanks in advance!
